What you’ll get during the 8 weeks:
- Personalised one-to-one support from Caroline over 8 consecutive weeks. The first consultation is 1 hour and includes a full health review, in week 2 the appointment takes 30 minutes to allow time for questions and in weeks 3 to 8 an appointment is 15 minutes and includes a weigh-in, food diary review, recommendations, motivation tips and health handouts. This is now all being offered fully online with consultations by skype. You will just need your own weighing scales and good broadband coverage.
- Expert nutrition advice from Caroline Seale, a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist with 3 years of science based training and over 9 years clinical practice in nutrition.
- Explanation of your BMI and health implications, weigh in each week, food diary review with Caroline
- Personalised meal plans and recipes tailored to you and your lifestyle
- Support to help you lose a minimum of 10 pounds in the 8 weeks. No yo-yo dieting. This is the healthy way to keep weight off long term.
- Support to help rebalance hormones, increase energy, improve sleep, reduce bloating, and banish those sugar cravings!
- Support to help you identify and resolve the 5 most common barriers to easy and permanent weight loss
- No calorie counting, just portion control and you won’t feel hungry
- Support using NLP techniques to help you change habits, transform your body image and confidence and get results!
