Reiki (Energy Healing)

Reiki can help clear any energy blockages in the body to help rebalance the body systems to promote optimal healing. In Caroline’s experience if a person does not address any life stressors, it will be more difficult for the body to digest and absorb the nutrients it needs that are vital to optimal health.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a holistic form of healing and works on Mind, Body and Spirit. It works on the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual levels at the same time. The term “healing” refers to the balancing of energy in the body so that it may heal itself. Reiki can be used alongside other therapies and traditional medicine.
Reiki is a non-intrusive, gentle and relaxing experience, which does not use pressure, manipulation or massage. Receiving Reiki healing energy through the hands of the practitioner is one of the oldest and most profound methods of healing known.
