Reiki (Energy Healing)
When it comes to managing stress, Caroline recommends following her personalised nutrition and lifestyle advice along with Reiki energy healing & Rahanni healing (see more on Rahanni healing below). Reiki can help clear any energy blockages in the body to help rebalance the body systems to promote optimal healing. In Caroline’s experience if a person does not address any life stressors, it will be more difficult for the body to digest and absorb the nutrients it needs that are vital to optimal health.


Caroline is a fully qualified Reiki Master (Tera-Mai) and Seichem Master.

 

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a holistic form of healing and works on Mind, Body and Spirit. It works on the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual levels at the same time. The term “healing” refers to the balancing of energy in the body so that it may heal itself. Reiki can be used alongside other therapies and traditional medicine. 

Reiki is a non-intrusive, gentle and relaxing experience, which does not use pressure, manipulation or massage. Receiving Reiki healing energy through the hands of the practitioner is one of the oldest and most profound methods of healing known.

Rahanni healing
Caroline also uses Rahanni healing in her treatments. Rahanni means 'of one heart'. The healing works on a higher level vibration therefore healing in a much deeper way. It vibrates on a pink ray of light, balancing the heart centre bringing forth love and compassion to each individual soul. It helps to release our fears and any negative energy that we accumulate from our experiences on this earth.

Meditation

Neuroscientists are now saying that when we meditate, they now know that in the same way as we go to the gym and we train a muscle and it gets bigger and stronger because it receives more blood flow, when we meditate the parts of the brain that are associated with happiness and wellbeing receive more blood flow and therefore the brain itself gets thicker and stronger.
And as we experience more of that activity we tend to be happier, healthier and we tend to have more emotional stability.
During a reiki healing session Caroline will guide you through a meditation and share some tips on how you can build meditation and mindfulness into your lifestyle.
